The sun and heat has been out in Osoyoos, so we always have chilled bottles of our long-awaited release of Dolcetto 2025 for sale in our Tasting Room!

Our winemaker suggests serving Dolcetto at 7-12°C like you would with a more full-bodied white wine. Once hot summer days hit, to achieve that store it in the fridge and take it out for 10-30mins before enjoying. 🔥Hot tip🔥 pouring it directly into your wine glass from the fridge will warm up the wine faster than leaving the bottle out!🍷❄️
