Why drink it? Made in Osoyoos from grapes grown at Rocky Pond Estate Winery south of the border in Lake Chelan, Washington, this Riesling’s label is a playful interpretation of the B.C. need for grapes after the 2024 deep freeze. Lucky for us, of course, it wasn’t confiscated.

While the Moon Curser team makes a large number of wines from many varieties, they don’t often use Riesling. In fact, this is only the second time. It’s fresh, zingy with bright acidity and lots of citrussy flavours and aromas.

Pair with: Indian or Thai curries, pork tenderloin
